Londyn Ashley Hair Studio offers a wide range of Paul Mitchell stylist tools and products including the Original line, Mitch, Tea Tree & Awapuhi Wild Ginger.
Our guests' appointments are of the utmost importance to us at Londyn Ashley Hair Studio. Your appointment is held just for you & we ask that if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with 24 hours notice. Our professional stylists, by this way, will be able to adjust their time accordingly & may be able to accommodate other guests on our waiting list. We do understand, of course, that unavoidable circumstances come up & will do our very best to accommodate you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or “no shows” persist, you will be assessed a cancellation fee.
Our cancellation fees are as follows:
Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service. This will be collected either before or at the next visit.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service. No appointments will be scheduled until account is brought up to date. From that point on, your service will have to be paid for in advance.
Late / Tardy Policy
If you are stuck in traffic, running behind, etc, we will always do our best to accommodate you. Life happens, we get it! However, this can affect the remainder of our stylists day by delaying them with their guests who come in on time. We are establishing the following policies to rectify the type of aforesaid situations.
Our guest will be allowed a 10 minute grace period. From there, we will call to check on you. If your entire service is able to be completed in the time you are able to make it, wonderful! If not, you may lose parts of the service to keep it in the scheduled time for you or possibly have to reschedule.
Thank you for your understanding, as we want the very best experience for all of our guest. We appreciate your business & compliance with our policies so very much.
We always want our guest to be 100% satisfied with their service. Please contact us within 5 days of your appointment if you are not satisfied so that we may schedule you to have your service corrected free of charge. Any issues that are reported after 5 days from the original service will not be considered a redo but will be assessed on a case by case basis.
